Here's exactly how we handle photos and information, from picture day all the way through delivery.
How We Protect Your Students
Photos and student information are stored securely and only used to create your families' private ordering gallery.
Each family's gallery is password protected and only accessible to that family.
Photos are delivered through GotPhoto, a SOC 2 compliant platform (independently audited for data security) built specifically for school photography.
GotPhoto does not collect information directly from students. All information comes from the school or parent, never the child.
GotPhoto never sells, shares, or uses student data for any purpose beyond delivering your photos.
Student images are only used for Bloom Photos marketing with direct parent permission, and we never share names, school names, or personal information.
We’re happy to sign your school's own data privacy agreement.
Families can request that their child's information be reviewed or removed at any time.
