Within two weeks of your child’s picture day, you’ll receive an emailed link to the proofing gallery. There will be a wide variety of poses (at least 2) in both color and black and white.. We include all the good photos in your gallery! The ordering process is simple and secure. All orders are made from the preview gallery.

Digital photos will be emailed directly to you with print release. Take advantage of free shipping of prints and products for the first week of ordering. After that, prints and products will be shipped directly to you for a small fee.

Parents, nearly anything goes for our Fine Art Portraits! Choose a style that works best for your child and family. It’s best to avoid clothing that matches the backdrop.

For classic portraits- avoid graphics, logos, words, and neon clothing. Solid colors or simple prints are best, and choose a color that you love with your child’s hair and skin-tone.

For personality portraits- choose clothes that represent your kiddo just as they are right now. Costumes, fancy dresses, giant hair-bows, sport-themed clothing, it’s all fantastic. Accessories are great and add to the fun! We discourage props as it slows down the picture day process. We work quickly so that the students and staff can get back to their day.

Poses will include, full-body, half-body, and close-ups. Poses are not guaranteed, based on child temperament.

Style hair however you like. Feel free to be creative but simplicity is lovely as well.

Bonus tip: If you’d like to display your photos in your home, keep in mind accent colors that you may want to compliment. Consider the colors and style in the space where the photos will live and base your styling around that. This is completely optional of course!

Important: Check your child’s face for “crusties” before sending them to school :) Every kiddo (especially our younger ones) tends to have something around their eyes, nose, or mouth. A quick wash in the sink or with a baby wipe will do the trick.

Retakes will not be offered for child’s wardrobe, hair, appearance, or temperament.

We don’t photograph crying kiddos. If a child is upset we’ll have a teacher or parent remove and comfort them, and we’ll try to photograph them again if time permits.
