I officially started my business about ten years ago, but photography has been part of my life since childhood. I carried a camera through my early years, continued photographing throughout high school and college, and later documented my own children’s childhood before turning my lifelong passion into a business. Like so many parents, I saw how quickly the years pass and how meaningful it is to preserve those fleeting stages of childhood. What began as capturing milestones for my own family grew into something much bigger. I realized I wanted every parent to have beautiful, heartfelt images of their children. No family should miss the opportunity to hold on to these moments. That foundation of motherhood, memory, and care remains at the heart of Bloom Photos today.

We are not a faceless corporate chain. Bloom Photos is rooted in your community, and I personally show up for Picture Day. Administrators, teachers, and families can speak directly with me to ask questions, customize schedules, and ensure the day runs smoothly. When you work with Bloom Photos, you know exactly who you are working with.
Transparent Privacy Practices
Your child’s photo belongs to your family, and we treat it that way.
Families can always opt their child out of Picture Day with no pressure. Participation is your choice.
Photos are never shared, even with your school, unless you sign a model release for marketing purposes. We request model releases so other families can see examples of our work and understand the quality and style of portraits we offer. This helps parents make informed decisions while still protecting privacy.
If you do sign a model release, we never share personal information such as your child’s name, school, location, or any identifying details.
Preview galleries are private and accessible only to your family, not to the school or anyone else.
Photos are stored locally and securely, and they are deleted after a set period of time. Your child’s images are not left lingering online or stored indefinitely in distant databases.

We do not outsource, all photo editing is done in house by our team. Every image is carefully reviewed and refined by a real person who cares about how your child is represented.
